The main topic of the educational trail is shale mining. it consists of a circuit with a length of 3.5 km, the first stop is located in the middle of the road from Oder to Veselí. you can learn information about slate, the history of its mining, the history of the old Flascharův důl mine, life underground, forestry on the odersk and other local history points of interest at 36 educational panels. the trail route is mainly on an unpaved forest road, offering beautiful views of the Moravian Gate.

Route A BUDIŠOVSKY CIRCUIT: from the Slate Museum(1) through the valley of the Budišovka river to the Woodboys mining site(A1) mined already in the second half of the 19th century; across the river - the Lesní zátiší mine (A2) has been growing since 1971 on original German antiquities from the beginning of the 20th century; continues to Svatoňovice (A3); it is also possible to board the circuit from the railway station Svatoňovice, where the tourist routes cross; the last stop is the Land border (A4), a reminder of the old lands of Moravia and Silesia, there is a border and a former pub; the circuit ends in Budišov nad Budišovka.

Route B Oldřůvecká: it is possible to turn onto the route from the Budišovka valley; maps significant mining activity in the Old Old River cadastre; it passes through the Devil's mouth stop (B1) with a quarry pit in the form of an abyss and a log cabin built on the original brickwork of the chipper; the next stop is in the village of Staré Oldřůvky; The Starooldřůvecký mill (B2) recalls the mining of slate and the mining of silver and lead ores in the valley of the Odra river; At Skalka (B3) it describes the deep mining of roofing slates, the remains of mining buildings, interesting retaining walls and a former administrative building have been preserved; the stopping of Štola nad Oldřůvkou (B4) resembles the mining of slate in a nearby location in the military area.

Route C: ČERMENSKÝ OKRUH: the route can be boarded at the Čermná railway station in Silesia, also in the Budišovka valley and via the link from Klokočov and Vítkov; Čermná in Silesia (C1) recalls the history of the village; continuation through the valley of Čermenský potok to the Žlutý kvet locality (C2) with several mines from the mid-19th century; Wooden gallery; quarry pond, etc.; on the heap are the ruins of mining buildings; there are several slate quarries and mines in the vicinity of the stops Pod studnou (C3) and Čermenský mlýn (C4); a massive pile with a stone wall stretching around the road is interesting; the most important Cermen mine, today flooded, lies above the heap; in the locality also ruins of buildings
and a former administrative building; further along the Budišovka valley to the exploration tunnel U řeký (C5) and through the Na Hadince stop (C6) through Baletková dolina to the stop with the quarry lake - Díry (C7); from there back to Čermná in Silesia, or continue towards Vítkov.

Route D: SVATOŇOVICKA-TĚCHANOVICKÁ: starts at the Svatoňovice railway station, the crossroads of tourist routes; continues to Svatoňovické haldy (D1) with a demonstration of tunnels, shafts and a pit quarry; continues to stop V aleji (D2) with a history of landscape elements and regional fruit varieties; here the path splits into two directions; the direction to Mlýnský náhon (D3) and Davidův mlýn deals with traditional water mills on the Moravica River; here it follows Čermák's educational path; direction to the village of Staré Těchanovice via the viewpoint and to the restored Chapel of 14 Helpers in Need (D4); in the village of Zálužné it connects to the Slate Heritage trail.

Route E: HORNÍK brook VALLEY: the main link between the villages of Čermná in Silesia and Zálužné; the Black Mine stop (E1) approximates the life of airplanes on the three-story underground complex; you can see the entrance to the mine with a massive tilting pit; stopping the Starý důl (E2) near the collapsed tunnel to the lower level of the Černé důl; older surface mining and pits can be seen; extensive shale deposits in the vicinity; Lake (E3) a large pit quarry on slate in a remote location in the middle of deep forests; continues through the valley of the Horník stream to the stop Barabová (E4) dealing with the settlement of Barabů and the construction of the Kružberské pressure feeder; it then connects to the Slate Heritage trail.

TO FRANTIŠKOV DVOR: From Čermná in Silesia and from route C, there is a link to Vítkov. At the junction, there is a gazebo "Under Františkovým dvorem"
at Klokočov with a thematic reference to Silesian mink breeding. You can see Norik at Františková Dvora and he can give you a ride.

Szlak Dziedzictwa Łupków

It follows the history of slate mining, natural conditions on the heaps and in abandoned adits in the vicinity of Zálužný; it starts and ends in Mokřinky in the building of the Bílá Holubice RS(1), where there is an exposition dedicated to slate mining - the Slate Imaginarium(13); the total length of the nature trail is approximately 7 km; there are 15 stops along the trail with 21 information boards and 3 resting places; romantic still lifes of shale heaps, diverse flora, old quarries, the extensive mining work of Nittmann's Mine(5, 6, 16), Raab's Adits(10), Ruins of Mining Buildings(11), Miners' Houses(3) and Miners' Chapel(14) etc.; more information at the entrance to the trail; the nearby mining village of Nové Těchanovice(15, 33) with its shale architecture is also worth a visit. Vlček's chapel is the last building covered with slate from the Low Jeseník region.
